RhythmRamp (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how RhythmRamp (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

By using RhythmRamp, you agree to the practices described below.

We keep data collection minimal. RhythmRamp may collect the following types of information:

Practice Data: session length, tempo settings, and usage history to provide analytics and progress tracking. We aren't judging you. To the contrary, we're sure you're doing the best you can.

Device Information: limited technical details such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs to help us improve performance.

Shared Content: setlists or playlists you choose to share via AirDrop, Messages, or other iOS features. This information is only shared when you initiate it.


We care about privacy in general and YOUR privacy specifically. It will take an official United States court order to pry your info from our hands.

3. Data Storage and Security


All data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it. If Apple services (such as iCloud) are enabled on your device, practice data may be backed up through Apple’s systems. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

4. Subscriptions and Payments


If you purchase a subscription, payments are handled entirely through Apple’s App Store. We do not process, store, or even have access to any payment information.

5. Third-Party Services


RhythmRamp does not use third-party advertising networks or analytics trackers. Apple may collect certain data in connection with App Store purchases and device usage; their privacy practices are governed by Apple’s policies.

6. Children’s Privacy


RhythmRamp is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians may supervise how the App is used.

7. Your Choices


You can disable data backups to iCloud via your device settings. If you no longer wish to use the App, deleting it will remove your locally stored data.

8. Changes to This Policy


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
